Who We Serve

We proudly serve seniors, veterans, and adults with physical or cognitive challenges—many of whom are low-income, isolated, or managing chronic health conditions. Our participants are diverse in background and ability, and we tailor our services to meet each individual's cultural, emotional, and medical needs.
