Phoenixville Women's Outreach
Phoenixville Women’s Outreach works to move previously homeless women to self-sufficiency by providing resources and tools needed to break the cycle of dependence and poverty. We provide transitional housing, support and intervention to homeless and vulnerable single women in Phoenixville and bordering communities.

- To provide resources and support as women work to break the cycle of dependence and poverty
- To empower women to become self-sufficient and independent
- To enhance skills and maintain success in self-sufficiency
The House has five bedrooms, two full baths, two living rooms, a dining room and laundry. It is centrally located in Phoenixville near public transportation, banks, shopping, the post office, Phoenixville Area Community Service (PACS) and downtown.
While we provide safe housing, food and basic needs of life for our residents, each woman will work with our staff to develop an individual plan, empowering her to learn and develop new skills, such as:
- basic life skills
- job re-training
- coping skills
- problem-solving skills
. . . all with the objective of achieving successful independence.
