The Missing Link: Fostering Sustainable Growth through Human Capital Investment
Ethiopian-DIfD's approach is to support and promote the mobilization of Ethiopian diaspora communities to actively contribute – through volunteering – to the fight against poverty and disadvantage in their countries of heritage or origin in the programatic ares of Health, Education, Human rights, Women Empowerment and Livelihood, Youth Development.
This initiative has great potential to become an effective strategy to mitigate the negative effects of lost skilled professionals in Ethiopia. We are committed to growing this program to meet the ever-increasing demand for skilled professional volunteers who can contribute to our development programs overseas.
