Boston Arts Academy
Boston Arts Academy (BAA) is the city's only public high school for the visual and performing arts, serving over 420 students. Founded in 1998 on the belief that academics and the arts are vital to student development and achievement, over 94% of BAA graduates are accepted into college each year. Through arts exploration and practice, BAA students are trained to take risks, problem-solve, work collaboratively, and take their place in the creative workforce of the 21st century. BAA is home to the Center for Arts in Education, a beacon for arts-based education with a mission to increase access to the arts. For more information, visit www.bostonartsacademy.org.
