Promise Landing Farm

Promise Landing Farm is dedicated to creating a community in which people of all capabilities can gather and share a love for horses, in the process gaining a deeper understanding and kindness for themselves and others.

Our mission is to move therapeutic riding to a new level of inclusivity by applying creativity and innovation to:

1. Socialization among all members of the PLF family, and engagement with our local community;
2. Mentoring between equestrians of all abilities;
3. Training for staff and volunteers to promote “teach and be taught“ mindset;
4. Activities like clubs and clinics to develop social bonds among our riders and local schools, community groups, under-served youth, and after school programs;
5. Lessons for riders with and without special needs;
6. Boarding services for supporters who strive to reach our goals;
7. Partnering with veterans’ services in Prince George County and beyond.
