LITTLE SPROUTS GARDEN ACADEMY

  • Mission

To reach a historically underserved community who needs healthier wider choice & access to grow fruits and vegetables, we provide a safe space community , which motivates families to learn about food education, and participate in local food sourcing and land stewardship practices.

    About Us

We are seeking community champions & volunteers like you to keep this garden glowing and growing!

During volunteer days, we like to maintain the community garden.

We are currently hand watering the community garden with hoses. It’s a great way to see the difference residents have made and a

wonderful way to continue to engage Bay Point families, letting them know how our community partners are taking a lead to make this a better place!

Volunteer days are Tuesday thru Thursday, 9:00am to 11:30am.

Although we can use your help all day, we understand if you cannot stay for the whole day, and appreciate your time in advance.

What you'll need to bring and wear: water, comfortable shoes/boots, hat, sunscreen, snacks, and gloves if you have them.
