Avoda Arts

Avoda Arts is a cultural and educational program that offers participants a creative understanding of Judaism through the arts. We fulfill our mission by:

• Conducting a range of innovative, arts-based Jewish programming for 16 to 24 year olds

• Developing curriculum materials that engage students in learning Jewish concepts through the arts

• Training teachers in active learning methods that help students create personal meaning from experiences

• Partnering with local and national organizations on programs that integrate the arts in Jewish learning

• Providing networking and professional development opportunities for Jewish artists and educators
