    Community Homes 33 proudly operate and service Hannah Lodge, which is one of several homes designed to accommodate low to median-income families. At Hannah Lodge, we offer comprehensive support services aimed at preparing families for independent living. Our services include Community Housing Placement Services, Community Housing Education and Training, Community Housing Engagement, Community Housing Outreach Services, and Community Housing Employment Services-all of which are integral to our holistic approach to support.
