  • About Us

Founded in 1976, Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE) is a community development organization that creates economic solutions to meet the challenges of employment, education, housing and business development in the Pacific Asian and other diverse communities. The Business Development Center (BDC), located in central Los Angeles, was launched in late 1992 to facilitate the start-up and expansion of businesses in Los Angeles through business training, capital acquisition, market development and hands on technical assistance. We are a full service business development center and we strive to provide a dynamic learning environment where business owners can gain the tools and insight that they need to succeed.
