    Founded by Dr. Victor G. Baker, the Baker Hope From Heritage Foundation is built on the belief that hope is a gift passed down through generations. Dr. Baker and his associates owe their own success to the encouragement and support of those who came before them-our Heritage-and are now dedicated to ensuring that both elders and young individuals who fall outside of traditional support systems receive the assistance they need to thrive.
