Hotel Humanity

  • Mission

To reduce or eliminate the issue of homelessness in the Seattle/King County area by addressing the root of situational circumstances with dignity and respect as fellow humans

    About Us

An interim Housing Solution for those experiencing homelessness in the Seattle/King County area. The intention is to provide a longer-term housing solution while helping clients create and execute a plan to get their lives on the track that they wish to be on.

Upon entry, a guest will be handed a journal at registration. With this, we welcome guests to write about your experience with each day in our hotel.

Upon their exit, we will ask that the journals be submitted. We will use this journal to collect data about the residents who utilize our hotel, their variables & needs. All information or stories shared will be only shared with the permission of the author, and will remain anonymous unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once basic needs are met, residents will be connected to one of our professional case managers to begin your registration, and upon completion of that, they will be directed to one of three of our service wings: Healing Wing, Human Services Wing or our Counseling Wing.

During their stay, they will be working on a 5-point plan with your case manager or counselor to discuss your Health, Transportation, Employment, Housing, and Family. The expectation is that they will return one month after their check-out to give your case manager an update on your status.
