The Virginia Beach Rescue Squad Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to supporting the Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad, Inc. and advocating for an independent and vital volunteer Virginia Beach rescue system which provides pre-hospital emergency care to the citizens and visitors of Virginia Beach.

The Volunteer Rescue Squads of Virginia Beach
* Are comprised of nearly 1,000 active volunteers, who serve a population of more than 460,000 residents, plus 15 million tourists annually.
* Citywide, the Squads respond to over 52,000 calls per year.
* The volunteers’ time and resources on behalf of public health and safety are valued at more than $23 million per year.
