BLUE BARN FARM & SANCTUARY

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, dedicated to promoting kindness, compassion and empathy by bringing youth, and all humans beings, together with 35 farm animals rescued from a life of abuse, neglect and abandonment.

Our vision is to teach young people from local schools, clubs and treatment programs by doing outreach; offering virtual and in person humane education, and having guests out for tours at the Blue Barn.

By sharing the stories of the animals, recognizing them as sentient beings and educating the public about their personalities, habits and traits , we wish to expand what we know to be true and potentially change the way we think about animals and others that we perceive as "different".
