End Homelessness California, DBA The Shower of Hope, is a 501c3 non-profit organization with the mission of building capacity and community engagement to support the most vulnerable population suffering housing insecurity, financial stress, and violence.

Founded in 2017, The Shower of Hope was created for the sole purpose of building capacity and community engagement for solutions to help the homeless population. The Shower of Hope is a step towards self-confidence and to loving oneself for many of our guests. What started off as only 3 shower sites has grown to 25 locations in LA, Riverside, & Kern Counties and counting in 2021, and over the course of 2020 we provided showers and hygienic services for 30,000 individuals experiencing homelessness: that's a lot of people who are on the path towards building the type of self-confidence needed to ending homelessness in our state.

Beyond our Shower of Hope program, we have several other initiatives to expand our capacity to aid our neighbors experiencing homelessness. Since April 2019, and in a partnership with Councilman Gil Cedillo´s office and LHASA, we have been operating 2 Lots with 40 spaces to host families and individuals who live in their cars through our Destination Hope program. We have served over 3,500 people and have been working to connect them with services and housing.

Hope Housing for Students Program is a interim housing program for community college students experiencing homelessness or housing instabilty. The program launched in August 2020, in partnership with LACCD to provide housing to ELAC students, and now the program has expanded and is available to the following colleges: LA City College, LA Trade Tech College and South West College.

And lastly is our Hope Navigation Center, which is a resource guide designed as an app and a desktop website, that helps to geo-locate available services such as food, clothing, and showers in Los Angeles.
