We are a mental health agency providing case management and care coordination services to children and adults in Allegany, Carroll, Frederick and Washington counties in Maryland. Our services reach all ages from early childhood to geriatric care and our Case Managers assist and support individuals with mild to severe mental health illnesses to enjoy a better quality of life.
