THE PET COMPASSION CENTERS

  • Mission

Our mission is to strengthen the human-pet bond and our vision is to create a community where all pets have a healthy, happy life. Our purpose is to create opportunities for education and compassion to eliminate animal abuse. We achieve this by: • Executing effective programs to help our municipal animal shelters better serve their communities • Reducing shelter intake and associated taxpayer spending • Helping elderly, disabled, and disadvantaged residents keep companion pets

    About Us

The Pet Compassion Centers is a pet resource network that includes pet food/supplies and low cost veterinary services for our municipal shelters. In 2025, we have distributed hundreds of thousands of pounds in pet food and supplies for our community and performed over 4,300 spay and neuter surgeries at our facility along with 120+ specialty surgical procedures for our shelters and through them, continue to serve the most vulnerable populations in our communities.
