Providing quality information using e-library to insure that our students are getting enough and quality materials/information through technology in rural areas; this will help them to do well in their examinations and to have a chance of proceeding with higher level of education and then to become moral and intellectual leaders in Tanzania. To enables students to master the subjects’ contents; To provide quality learning resources for the students by using internet and computer’s software to get the appropriate materials on time.
