Make a Difference - Become a Mentor!
At Germanna, mentoring is a valued asset to students, faculty, and all who are involved. We are in the process of creating a college-wide mentorship program that allows any student from any background to be paired with a trusted adult mentor. The successes from our current programs i.e. the Gladys P. Todd Academy, Great Expectations, and most recently Germanna M.E.N., have shown that mentoring has had a positive influence over our students in their academic lives as well as outside the confines of the college.
About Us
Our mentoring program is designed to assist students to be successful while working toward their goals at Germanna. Mentors are fully equipped to provide the resources and support throughout the course of this relationship. This program will also allow students to explore future careers, network, plan for life after Germanna, work on developing communication and leadership skills, and much more.
