Volunteer Lawyers Project of CNY, Inc.

The Volunteer Lawyers Project of CNY, Inc. is a non-profit pro bono civil legal services provider. We are located in downtown Syracuse and serve low-income clients throughout Central New York.

VLP's mission is to provide access to justice through engaging the legal community in volunteer service to those in need.

Our legal services are provided through the coordinated efforts of over 500 volunteer attorneys and 200 volunteer law students.

We run programs in:

Family Law

Homeless Advocacy and Prevention

Elder Law and Disability

Community Economic Development, and

Community-Based Services (Including Immigration, Veterans and LGBT Issues)
