FRIENDS OF THE DOCTOR ROBERTO CRUZ ALUM ROCK LIBRARY

  • Mission

We believe in a thriving community where all Alum Rock residents are engaged, connected, healthy, and have access to information for self-sufficiency and self-improvement.

    About Us

The Friends of the Dr. Roberto Cruz Alum Rock Library is a 501(c)(3) California nonprofit organization whose purpose is to support and expand the educational, cultural, and outreach programs of the library. Comprised of a group of passionate community volunteers, the FoL works in partnership with the Library staff to organize and implement fundraising activities for the purpose of providing financial support, advocate for the library’s interest, and support the library’s services and programs. By volunteering their time, members of the Friends group enable the library to offer services and materials not otherwise covered by normal funding.
