  • About Us

The mission of PALS is to end pet euthanasia and pet homelessness in our central Texas region through our programs of spay/neuter, humane education, TNRM (trap-neuter-return-maintain) for feral cats, and pet food pantry. As a volunteer organization with several programs PALS always needs YOUR help. Whether you can give one hour a week or forty hours, we can put your willing hands to work. We issue vouchers for free spay/neuter to our disadvantaged neighbors, run our own cat spay/neuter clinic, trap and fix feral cats, socialize kittens and friendly street cats and find them forever homes, write our own grants, hold several fundraising events each year, go into classrooms and teach humane education----the list goes on.
