Americans 4 Equality (A4E) is an AI-first 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving the states of Washington and Oregon, building accessible pathways into high-growth careers in today's digital economy by removing barriers to entry and connecting learning directly to opportunity. Too many talented people in Washington and Oregon are locked out of careers that could change their families' futures — not because they lack ability, but because they lack access. A4E exists to change that — permanently.

Too many talented people across the Pacific Northwest are locked out of careers that could change their families' futures — not because they lack ability, but because they lack access. A4E exists to close that gap. For good.

A4E is open to everyone — regardless of education level, immigration status, or background. Our work is intentionally focused on communities historically locked out of the tech and professional economy: women of all ancestries, BIPOC individuals, immigrants and refugees, single parents, unhoused individuals, opportunity youth, and justice-impacted individuals re-entering the workforce. Every participant brings talent and drive — what they've lacked is a clear path forward. Multilingual services are available across both states.

Our three core programs — 100% free to participants:

• Digital & Career Navigators — Personalized coaching that clears obstacles and maps the road to employment. Hands-on support with resume writing, interview prep, job search strategy, LinkedIn presence, and resource navigation.
• Career Skills Accelerator — Hands-on training in future-ready skills, from AI and cybersecurity to communication, leadership, and workplace readiness. Our heritage is in technology, but we now offer 20+ courses spanning non-technical disciplines as well.
• Workforce Development & Internships — Real-world work experience and employer connections that turn training into careers.
