  • About Us

NCFC was established in 1988 to address the lack of community resources available to poor inner city youth whose academic performance levels were disproportionately lower than their peer’s from more affluent communities. The mission and goal of the organization was to work with parents, teachers, community residents and other organization’s to help prepare the children for their post secondary education pursuits and to ensure that they became responsible, productive contributors in their underserved communities.
