    Meals on Wheels of Columbia, MO is dedicated and passionate about providing hot, nutritious meals to those in need.

    About Us

    MOW delivers daily (M-F) a hot nutritious meal to residents living in Columbia, MO. Volunteer drivers deliver between 3-10 meals throughout our city helping seniors (age 65+), adults with disability or chronic illness, and adults recovering from a recent hospitalization recover safely and securely in their homes. MOW has been delivering in Columbia for 47 years so our volunteers are dearly loved in Columbia. Volunteers are asked to help one day a week and if a substitute is needed the agency recruits your sub.
