ABOUT BRONX NHS

The Bronx Neighborhood Housing Services has been in operation for over 35 years, providing counseling, education and financial assistance to potential and existing homeowners. Our mission is to revitalize communities and address emerging needs by helping low to middle income families become self-sufficient through homeownership.

We are a non-profit counseling agency approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We receive grants through housing assistance programs from the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) and the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation (NYSAHC).

Bronx NHS partners with government agencies, corporations and community organizations whose goals are in alignment with our organization’s mission.
