Active Leaders of Love

At ALL (Active Leaders of Love), we advance accessibility across Ontario through advocacy and community leadership. We identify the social and economic barriers that limit people’s access to resources, information, and support, and we work with community members and local leaders to ensure those barriers are recognized and addressed, creating the conditions for fair and equitable access — as a right, not a privilege.

Through our flagship initiative, The ALL Project, we inspire and guide residents with a collaborative, non-hierarchical approach that builds trust, strengthens networks, and fosters ongoing, self-sustaining community engagement and improvement. Our culture reflects these values: teams collaborate, share responsibility, and make decisions together. Leadership roles provide guidance to keep projects aligned with our mission, while we rely on shared action and strong relationships to support thriving, inclusive communities across Ontario.
