Peace of Heart Community Farm

Peace of Heart Farm is an integral part of Peace of Heart Community, A Non Profit Organization. Peace of Heart Community (POHC) is a non-profit, reverse inclusion community, that was founded to create meaningful life opportunities for persons with autism. POHC has 3 primary outreaches: our residential group home for young adults with autism (Peace of Heart Home/ POHH), our community raised bed gardens program (Peace of Heart Farm/ POHF), and our art program (Peace of Heart Art/ POHA). The Farm & Garden allows community involvement while providing organic, sustainable products for our Raised Bed Partners.

Peace of Heart Community’s vision is to create an environment where a meaningfullife for persons with autism can be realized by fostering an atmosphere of love, happiness, and belonging where all life is valued, voices are heard, and talents are developed to make a difference in the world.
