BETTER DECISIONS COUNSELING

Better Decisions Counseling, established in 2013, has been dedicated to providing accessible and high-quality counseling and healthcare services to individuals facing life's challenges. Our mission is to strengthen family relationships through individual, couples, and family counseling, serving Sacramento County and the surrounding counties. As a nonprofit organization, we offer a range of valuable services, including supervised visits, anger management, co-parenting, SMART recovery, and various counseling options.

Currently, we are actively seeking grants to collaborate with schools in order to provide essential counseling support to children facing behavioral health issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. Furthermore, we aim to extend our assistance to parents and caregivers, helping them support their children effectively. Given the significant number of schools in Sacramento County and the surrounding areas, building relationships with each institution would be a time-consuming and resource-intensive task for our dedicated staff. Therefore, we are reaching out to the community for volunteers who can assist us in reaching out to schools in the Sacramento area.
