Mission
Together We Recover is a peer run organization made up of individuals sustaining recovery from substance use and are passionate about supporting others on their own path to recovery. Our mission is to lead an example of hope that recovery is not only possible but sustainable. The vision of Together We Recover is to offer guidance and skills needed to build a meaningful and productive life through community involvement and connections.
About Us
Together We Recover will provide multidimensional approach to Peer support services.
Services offered will include:
Individual connection with Certified Peer Support Specialists whose lived experiences matches best with the peers current experiences.
Peer Support Groups ran exclusively by those in recovery themselves and open to the community.
Skill trainings and job/career exploration.
Making connections with other peers and forming lasting supportive relationships.
Community involvement to model that recovery is more likely to be successful when community comes together.
