Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club

About Us

Founded in 2006, the Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club is Brooklyn's oldest co-ed youth lacrosse program. The Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club is a fully volunteer run non-profit organization.

The Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club was established in 2006 by a group of young, former collegiate lacrosse players looking to bring lacrosse back to the streets of Brooklyn. The Brooklyn Lacrosse community dates back to over 130 years ago. The program name comes from The Crescent Athletic Club, a leading sports club that fielded outstanding lacrosse teams in Brooklyn in the late 1800s & first half of the 1900s. The Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club aims to build upon the legacy of lacrosse in Brooklyn by spreading the sport to girls and boys all over the Borough of Kings.

Our club teaches boys and girls, Pre-k through 8 grade, the skills and values of lacrosse - commitment, teamwork, integrity, passion & community pride. We strive to build young men and women of character.
