  • Mission

Capital City K9 is a non-profit dedicated training and providing service dogs to those suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

    About Us

Capital City K9 rescues all of our service dogs from local shelters and rescue groups. Our program was initially founded to help just Veterans with PTSD. Over the years, we have seen that there are many others that suffer with PTSD every day. We have since expanded our program to include first responders, victims of domestic violence or sexual assault, and children. Our mission is to provide these dogs at no cost to the person receiving them. We are only able to do this through sponsorships and donations.
