About Us

Witness to Mass Incarceration. We have several goals:
1) To memorialize America's 40 year history with mass incarceration through first-hand in-depth interviews with formerly incarcerated people.
2) To empower incarcerated people through the interview  process.
3) To turn formerly incarcerated people's testimony into advocacy.
