About Us
Miss Borinquen of WNY Leadership Program is the flagship scholarship program of the Puerto Rican and Hispanic Day Parade Association of WNY .
The Puerto Rican and Hispanic Day Parade and Festival of WNY is an annual event that celebrates the contributions and accomplishments of Puerto Ricans and Hispanics in WNY, Erie County and NYS. The parade takes place on the third Saturday in August, and features family friendly activities, amusement rides and concerts.
