Strengthening Opportunities Actions Resources (S.O.A.R.), was formed to offer youths ages 4 – 24 and adults 25 years and up, community-based growth opportunities. We believe every individual—regardless of age, background, or circumstance—deserves access to transformative opportunities that unlock their full potential. Since 2016, we’ve served as a catalyst for growth, creativity, and resilience, empowering youth and adults across New York City through dynamic programs that bridge education, wellness, and community empowerment.

S.O.A.R., is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit community development organization committed to serving and improving communities so that its members can grow personally, academically, and professionally.
