    The Hemophilia Association of New York, founded in 1952, is a not-for-profit voluntary health organization incorporated in New York State. HANY holds 501(c)(3) status under an I.R.S. Letter of Determination.

    The Association provides services to hemophilia and related bleeding disorders households in New York City, Long Island and seven northeastern counties. Services include information & education, referrals, 1:1 problem resolution, financial aid and advocacy. HANY also encourages and provides grants to support scientific research.
