Habitat for Humanity - Tri-County Partners

Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Our vision is that all residents of Benton, Franklin, and Walla Walla Counties have the opportunity for a decent, affordable place to live. The Affordable Home Ownership Program exists to give low-moderate income families the life-changing opportunity of home ownership. At Habitat, we empower families to unlock their highest potential by putting down lasting roots. The affordable mortgage of a Habitat house leads to financial freedom, stability, and a healthy environment where children can grow, study, and play.

To apply for a home, applicants must have a need for decent, adequate shelter; have the ability to pay a low-interest mortgage; and be willing to partner by committing to 500 hours of sweat equity on the construction site, in the office, or the Habitat Store. We build in partnership with people and community partners. Currently, we are building in Pasco, WA. Volunteers are critical to the work of building Habitat homes!
