AFRICAN IMMIGRANT COLLECTIVE INC

  • Mission

To empower African immigrant professionals and the African diaspora to achieve career and entrepreneurial success by fostering a supportive ecosystem, providing re-orientation and skills development programs, and advocating for opportunities that propel them toward thriving and contribute positively to the social, cultural, and economic fabric of our adopted homes.

    About Us

AIM Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2024 to empower African immigrants across the U.S. through professional development, community building, and advocacy. In our first year, we launched a weekly Expert Series of career-building workshops, hosted monthly Community Mixers, and produced our Inaugural African Immigrant Professional & Entrepreneurship Summit with 120+ attendees from 12+ countries. We also organized a virtual Women’s Conference with 150 participants globally and secured our 501(c)(3) status within nine months.

Our goals are to help African immigrants navigate U.S. systems, advance careers, build businesses, and strengthen community ties. Core programs include mentorship matchmaking, industry-specific panels, resources for job placement and startup support, and networking events. We’ve built a community of 2,000+ subscribers, 200+ active members, and grown our social reach. Featured in Atlanta media and backed by partners like NSTAR Technologies and Masi Brands, AIM Collective creates tangible impact-accelerating economic integration and leadership development for African immigrants. Volunteers play a vital role in event coordination, mentorship, outreach, and program delivery, all of which drive our mission forward.
