Codefy

Codefy’s mission to provide computer science courses to the community and reach students of all ages, genders, races, and backgrounds has led it to establish free coding classes in a wide range of languages and topics. Codefy hopes to DEFY the stereotypes relating to the field of computer science, while simultaneously showing that programming is fun and done in a collaborative environment. Our team believes that the language and art of programming is knowledge to which all of us have a right to and thus, should not come at any cost. Currently, our program allows high school and college mentors to guide students, through free 1-on-1 and small group classes, in developing the skills to eventually be able to pursue a career in computer science if they desire. With this and it's coming initiatives, including college mentorship as well as Q and A workshops about computer science, Codefy hopes to establish a community of leaders with the technical skills and knowledge to pave the future.
