Through programs and awareness Gutless and Glamorous promotes healthy self-esteem, self-worth and self-image in young women and men. There is little to no positive awareness or programs specifically targeted at increasing self-worth as it relates to ostomy. Gutless and Glamorous provides encouragement and empowerment. Through empowerment of self-love we transform lives by giving them the confidence they need to live healthy fulfilling lives and the tools they need to succeed. Effective education not only provides awareness but increases knowledge that can empower patients to achieve optimal health
