African Immigrant Collective

Founded by immigrants, for immigrants, AIM Collective exists to bridge opportunity gaps and build a thriving ecosystem where African immigrants can grow, lead, and give back. We support professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs through a variety of programs including:

• Career development workshops and job readiness support
• Business and entrepreneurship accelerators
• Networking events and community mixers
• Expert-led panels, mentorship, and leadership initiatives
• Cultural and advocacy programming

We are values-driven—centered on inclusion, collaboration, excellence, and cultural pride. Our work spans across the U.S. and Canada and focuses on elevating those who are often underrepresented in mainstream spaces. Whether newly arrived or second-generation, our community members find support, guidance, and a strong sense of belonging.
