Ready To Empower

Ready to Empower’s Mission is to be dedicated to elevating and equipping grass roots non-profits who are working in impoverished communities to offer sustainable support to at- risk women to restore their hope and self-reliance. RTE’s philosophy of empowerment is based on the famous proverb “Give a [Wo]man a fish and you feed her for a day. Teach a “[Wo]man to fish and you feed her for a lifetime.” RTE’s vision is to see a world where all impoverished communities are equipped with sustainable organizations that support and empower at-risk women.

We currently assist women in San Ramon, Costa Rica and work in alliance with Árbol de Esperanza, an organization we created. Through Árbol de Esperanza we have created programs such as our Mental Health, Work for Service, and Emergency Relief programs that equip these in need women with skills and help to be self sustainable and become leaders of their community.
