  • Mission

Inspiration, education and community for parents of children who are living with transplants and the community that serves them. The most common resources that families request, but struggle to find information on is generally the following: -Resources such as articles pertaining to specific treatments and therapies either in print or online during the transplant process. And further resources available for psycho/social needs for post transplant (i.e. access to Medicaid, how to communicate with your school via IEP/504, etc.) -Referral to financial aid resources that are available to help cover expenses -Available Counseling Support -Parent to Parent connections -Peer to Peer connections

    About Us

    Vision

We are building a community space for resources and a place to connect for transplant families and the community that serves them.  Providing virtual space for resources and educational material on our website to help families with their needs while going through the transplant process and well beyond. Helping the transplant practitioners access information that would be helpful to their transplant families.

    Objectives

We will measure success through social media growth, web visitation and making connections with those in the community who can further help our families, i.e. children’s hospitals, foundations, field experts and other organizations.
