Connecticut Housing Coalition
The Connecticut Housing Coalition works to expand housing opportunity and to increase the quantity and quality of affordable housing in Connecticut through advocacy, education and collaboration. Our more than 250 member organizations comprise the broad, vibrant network of community-based affordable housing activity across the state – including nonprofit developers, human service agencies, resident associations, and diverse other housing practitioners and advocates. Our activities include public policy advocacy, grassroots organizing, conferences, training workshops and technical assistance services. Founded in 1981, the Coalition stands as Connecticut’s foremost membership organization for affordable housing.
