About Us

Servants to Asia's Urban Poor is an international movement - a network of Christian teams living and working amongst the urban poor in Asia's mega cities, participating with the poor to bring hope and justice through Jesus Christ.

We are united by five Biblical principles: incarnation, simplicity, holism, servanthood and community.

Servants currently has teams living in the slums of India, Indonesia, Cambodia and the Philippines.  In the West, there are teams in high-need suburbs of London and Vancouver.

God has not finished building his kingdom amongst the poor in Asia. We believe he is still calling and using Christians from around the world to transform the slums and bring his love to the poor.

Do you have a heart for living and working in another urban slum somewhere else in Asia?

Increasingly, Servants is looking at how we can blur the lines between home and field. Would you like to know more about how you can help?

We also need people based in the west to invest in the lives of the urban poor through prayer, practical and financial support.
