    At Backpack Society, we are driven by a single goal~To provide children in our community the food they need to grow, learn and thrive. With the support of neighbors, businesses & our partner schools, Backpack Society provides food to kids on weekends and breaks when away from school.

    About Us

    Backpack Society is a 100% community supported non-profit. We collect food donations and raise funds to support the kids in our community.

    The most at-risk students for food insecurity are also the ones who are most affected by the achievement gap, and poor academic outcomes that can have lifelong effects. By providing weekend food, we hope students will be well-fed and can come in Monday mornings, ready to learn. We'd love to see you at our food pantry.

    We partner with schools in Douglas County, Littleton & Englewood School Districts to reach students in need.

    We offer volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups.
