    About Us

    Established July 22, 2017, KTLT is a youth development and leadership program dedicated to "Uncovering every child's unique, untapped, purpose, power and potential. KTLT offers a variety of preventative programs and enrichment activities designed to build self-esteem, character, and leadership among children of all ages.

    We provide preparation, inspiration, nurturing and knowledge to children ages 8-18 through group mentoring, leadership training, career coaching and family enrichment activities as well as link families to resources they may not be aware are at their disposal.
