Founded in 2020 by Charlotte Garnes (Executive Director) in Savannah, Georgia, ReNforce is the embodiment of her journey confronting workplace discrimination despite her extensive education and qualifications. The Executive Director embarked on a mission to create an organization dedicated to empowering both individuals and businesses to break through the confines of employment biases. ReNforce's evolution from a response to workplace discrimination to a multifaceted organization addressing the broader challenges faced by formerly incarcerated individuals in Georgia showcases our commitment to holistic support. We swiftly expanded our reach to encompass Savannah and Augusta, recognizing the pressing need to go beyond employment discrimination. The establishment of Redemption House in Augusta, GA marks a significant milestone in providing safe and stable housing and comprehensive support for formerly incarcerated women. Our belief that every person deserves a fair chance to rebuild their life motivates us at ReNforce. We strive for systemic change, standing alongside those impacted by the criminal legal system, fostering empowerment, and building pathways to brighter futures.
