Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice is a growth company dedicated to providing compassionate, high quality home health care: recruiting professional, caring staff: encouraging clients to actively participate in their care: create an atmosphere of supportive leadership. We value strong, mutually beneficial relationship with referral sources, employees, clients, families and the community at large.
Hospice is a special kind of care designed to provide comfort care as well as emotional support for patients and families of patients with terminal illness. We focus on enhancing the quality life and focuses on human values that go beyond the physical needs of the patient. We ensure that patients spend their final days in dignity and comfort. Volunteers are an integral part of the team approach we use to meet these needs.
