Mission
Affinity Care Hospice's mission to provide the terminally ill patient and their loved ones with the support and care they require to live their lives comfortably. Our Hospice team strives to enable the patient and family to maintain dignity and quality of life. Our goal is to provide physical, emotional and spiritual comfort through our gold standards of care. We strive to empower the patient and family by providing them with the tools, information and support for as long as needed. We believe that Hospice care should be available to any and all persons with an illness for which there is no cure or for the persons who elect not to attempt a cure, resulting Ina limited life expectancy.

Affinity Care Hospice was founded upon providing the best care by the best staff.
We are looking for dedicated, compassionate and caring individuals who can volunteer through direct patient care (at homes or facilities)
* Respite-stay with patient to give caregivers time for self care and other necessary duties.
*Social Visits-Read/Play games/Take on a stroll or Visit with patient.
*Vigil-support at bedside during transition
*Run errands/Shop/Minor household chores.
*VETERANS Participate in honor ceremony and unique support for those who have served their country.
