    The SMART (Smart Mommies Advocacy, Resource, and Training) Center is a nonprofit organization that provides respite care for single, low-income, disadvantaged women. It also offers free transportaion and meals from 12 - 11pm, onsite social work for the moms and children. The SMART Center promotes higher education and career training and personal/financial workshops.
